PHLEGM v8 - Revision r98 - Win32 TREE + CHAR black bar/root cause

Reported symptom:
Every TreeView item gets a solid black rectangle, from the start of its
label to the right edge of the visible tree, including unselected items.

Root cause:
FreeBASIC RGB(255,255,255) is &hFFFFFFFF, i.e. ARGB 0xFFRRGGBB.
Win32 GDI CreateSolidBrush() and TreeView NMTVCUSTOMDRAW clrTextBk
expect COLORREF 0x00BBGGRR. Invalid 0xFFFFFFFF was passed in the
TreeView label clear brush in r95-r97. This made the planned WHITE
clear operation render BLACK on the affected system. The rectangle's
exact dimensions match the code's label-left -> client-right clearRect.

Fix:
- Use GetSysColorBrush(COLOR_WINDOW) for label-row clearing (native
  background color, valid COLORREF, system-owned brush).
- Never DeleteObject() on GetSysColorBrush() result.
- Native custom-draw text and background color hints both use
  GetSysColor(COLOR_WINDOW), hiding native font/selection reliably.
- Dotted 1-bit outline uses actual Win32 COLORREF zero (black).
- MONO CHR ink uses COLORREF zero, not FreeBASIC RGB(0,0,0).
- Do not change selection logic: only one selected item has outline.
- No change to host-independent GUI tint/CHOP pixel formats.

Inspection confirms the FreeBASIC RGB() macro returns opaque ARGB;
Windows API documentation expects a COLORREF for GDI brushes.

Validation: source-level COLORREF checks and ZIP structural/integrity
checks. Native compilation and on-screen verification are still needed.
